The health and safety of our staff, our tenants and our communities are very important to us. At this time, our offices are closed due to government mandate for COVID-19 pandemic, however, we will still do our best to assist you.
Existing tenants whose accounts are in good standing will be able to access their units from 6am to 9pm, 365 days per year. if you need to make a payment, you can do so in one of the following contactless methods:
- interac etransfer to email@example.com
- paypal through our website – link on top right corner of homepage
- credit card – VISA or MasterCard over the phone. Please email our office at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will call you to collect your credit card information
- Direct withdraw from your bank account if you provide us with a VOID cheque or details of your bank account
Looking for storage? Please review our storage sizes and pricing under the locations tab and email the office of the location you are looking for storage. We are checking these emails weekdays and will answer any questions you may have or we can arrange a contactless move in.
